My son is turning 1 May 2nd. I wanted to do a cake smash shoot, but I figured my baby boy wouldn’t appreciate frosting on his hands, so after the cake smash part (which lasted about a minute before tears ensued), we took some bath pictures — his favorite part by far!

These kids are all about superheros lately and I pretty much love it! I couldn’t resist when I saw these superman shirts with capes at target the other day. The boys immediately fell in love! Now I hear “To the Rescue!” all day. Love it!

My baby sister is having a baby. A tiny little man. Not only are we thrilled we are ecstatic. Kayden is set to enter the world towards the end of May and as we all – Soph especially – prepare for his arrival, an afternoon was taken to capture the beauty of pregnancy. Lynn is the epitome of the glowing mama to be. As a big sister to my baby sister I feel so fortunate to share in this experience with her and cannot wait to meet my newest nephew.

Hi Shari!
I’m a brand new Mama to a 10 month old baby girl as well as a brand new follower of Spearmint Baby! Emersyn Marie has completely swept us off of our feet. Every day is so exciting because every day she learns something new. I love this picture because when we sat her down on the ground next to the flowers, she just couldn’t stop giggling and laughing. This picture captures who are sweet daughter is, and I just love the little lady she is becoming! What I’ve realized as a new mama is that as much as I want time to slow down – I just can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.

This photo was taken when my son was 7 months old and still in the stage of giving me kisses; the open mouth kind that just melt your heart. I love how I’m completely lost in the moment and my little dude is loving every minute of his new found ability. It completely takes my breath away. A true testament of the unconditional love we have for our children.

Our 3rd little bundle just turned one month old so we took pics in his Daddy’s childhood rocker today… This is the first to of our 3 boys to have much hair @ all. I could take a thousand pics of that hair standing up in the back (and likely already have)! Bless him!

My husband took this picture of me and our little Norah Kate on a random Sunday afternoon after I complained that we didn’t have enough “good” pictures of our bundle who is quickly approaching a year old. She was 8.5 months old and cutting teeth, but she was happy to take pictures as long as Mama or Daddy was holding her!
